Lorean "Tot" Lane

Lorean "Tot" Lane, 87, of Lafayette passed away at 9:08 a.m. Saturday, February 20, 2010 at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Lafayette.

Born October, 8, 1922, in Bowling Green, Kentucky, she was the daughter of Gilbert and Zelda E. (Rhodes) Hawks. She was married to Bud Lane for thirty-eight years. He preceded her in death in 1998.

Prior to her retirement, Mrs. Lane owned and operated a restaurant. She was a member of the Church of the Nazarene.

She is survived by one son, Gilbert (Gloria) Jarrard, of Crawfordsville; one sister, Doris Paddle, of Lafayette; three grandchildren; and five great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her husband and a grandchild.
