He was born June 6, 1995 in Loma Linda, CA, to Mario and Hermelinda Ortega.

Oscar worked at Dairy Queen for the last six months. He was a member of Kingdom Hall. Oscar enjoyed music, computers, fashion, and cars.

Surviving with his parents in Lafayette are his siblings, Alba Sanchez Ortega (husband: Victor Sanchez) of West Lafayette, Carlos Ortega, Noel Ortega (girlfriend: Sandra Toruņo), and his twin sister, Yadira Ortega (husband: Roberto Salazar) all of Lafayette, and a niece, Jacqueline Ortega.

Funeral Information

Visitation will be on Friday from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. at Fisher-Loy Funeral Chapel, Lafayette. Services will be on Friday at 8 p.m.
